Confusion - Morphine(Winter) Song

from Dogs Got A Bone - Volume Too by Various

/

about

Confusion received this review from the Daily Records Ricky Fulton in January this year which said, ‘Borrowing the DNA blueprint of 70's era Rolling Stones, the Ayrshire band have been going since 1999 and rarely gig which is a pity. Their latest demo of 4 songs is well crafted and has some massive choruses. Morphine song is a dreamy cross between Primal Scream and The Charlatans as singer Martin O'Hare drawls ''I need you so much but I don’t think you really need me''. One Step Closer has the epic driving power of Embrace, while Walk the Plank is a ballad rather than a sea shanty. Final track Smoke Gets in Your Eyes is lead by an acoustic guitar and O’Hare’s lyrics are spot on. These boys should come out of their shells’.
